Kart City Tracks

Kart City offers two high performance karting tracks:

Top Track (Track 1)

Just over 500m of beautiful tarmac – a good long straight from the pits brings you out onto the track and then its throttle down hard for the first bend – quite severe – take it carefully the first time out! Another bend towards the right hits you shortly afterwards, and then it's into the back straight running alongside the airport.

Now comes the tricky bit – you have to loop through a quick bend, while going downhill and then hit your throttle down as you snake through the centre of the track. Here your work's really cut out – two bends in close succession – watch your placement going into the forst and you should handle the second well – if not – well... A left-hander will bring you back onto the home straight and possibly its this left hander that gives you the best opportunity to take an opponent out!

400 m. ultra smooth polished concrete karting track (floodlit).
Any advice for the first timers out there?

Take it easy and build up your feel for the circuit – it really is a great place to race and its a testing circuit for novices and pros alike. Sit back, enjoy, – and let your instinct do the work...
